Didn't work for a few days.

On standby but there was no call. 1 day OFF tomorrow.

Currently watching The Jungle Book cos I'm so bored @ home. Boyfriend's outstation and will only be back after a week. Oh god how am I gonna survive?

Oh yea, I almost forgot to mention that I'm currently on diet cos I gained 5 KG within a month. Damn!

Here are a few of the weight loss tips I've gathered from the internet.


1. Eat 4 -5 small meals a day instead of 2 - 3 big meals. Dinner should be the last meal of the day.
2. Take control of what you eat. Learn to say "NO" to unhealthy food.
3. Skip the fast food. Fast food can be very high in trans fatty acids, sodium and calories.
4. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables every chance you get.
5. Don't skip breakfast. It is the most important meal of the day.
6. Eat less, exercise more and keep fit.
7. Your plate should be half vegetable or fruits every meal.
8. Lastly, brush your teeth right after dinner so you can be reminded not to eat after that.

Hope these tips would help me lose on some weight!

  1. Actually if you can spend 2 hours in gym, three times a week, you can eat what u want to eat, but in small and adequate amount!
